I'm cur...Thanks for this - I needed to read it. I'm currently in the middle of my longest hiatus from running/exercise ever - I think I've been to one yoga class in the last three weeks. While the rest has been necessary for many reasons (work, travel, injury, etc) I'm ready to dive back in. Slow but steady, right?
